Clark County Recycling Center Extends Hours, Lowers Fees CLARK COUNTY, OH (WYSO) - If you've read the local paper, you may have noticed that Clark County's Recycling hours have changed, they've also lowered fees for special items such as electronics, paint and tires. All of this is an attempt to remove some of the obstacles hindering would-be recyclers from doing so, as well as to influence this activity among those that currently don't.
