Carbon Capture AMHERST, MA (wfcr) - Lawmakers and environmental activists are pushing a bill that would require Massachusetts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent by 2020 and 80 percent by 2050. One idea being considered to meet such goals is called "carbon capture". WFCR's Bob Paquette reports.
