State Unemployment Rate Jumps Up

(KPLU) - The state's seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate saw a big jump from April to May. It went up more than half a point - to five point three percent. But, local economists say the picture's still better here than in the rest of the nation. More from KPLU business and labor reporter Bellamy Pailthorp.
