Hospice Struggling to Meet Growing Need

More than a third of Americans use hospice services in the final months of their lives.
But a new University of Michigan study says there are gaps in the system.
Dr. Maria Silveria says its difficult for Michigan's poor and rural residents to find a hospice program.
"Not only do you suffer from whatever socio-economic circumstances you're under, you're also not able to utilize what tools that are available, should be available, to you," says Silveria.
