Time Inc. Moves Into Detroit ANN ARBOR, MI (Michigan Radio) - When something big happens in Detroit members of national media organizations often fly in for a day or two, cover the story and fly out again. There are organizations with Detroit bureaus, but most of those reporters live and do much of their work in the suburbs. Time Inc, the largest magazine publisher in the nation, has decided to do something different. Time has purchased a house in Detroit and a correspondent, Steven Gray, will be living there and reporting for the next year.
