Schwarz loses in Congressional primary (UNDATED) (wmuk) - Republican Battle Creek Congressman Joe Schwarz was among the incumbents defeated in Tuesday's primary election. Former state representative Tim Walberg defeated the more moderate Schwarz by a margin of about 52% to 48% in votes cast Tuesday in Michigan's 7th Congressional District.
