State trooper on I-94

A House and Senate conference committee has agreed to a spending plan for the State Police.
The budget calls for re-hiring 55 stateof 104 troopers who were laid off earlier this year.
It also funds lease payments on a controversial new State Police headquarters in downtown Lansing.
