Light Rail Test Cruise SEATTLE (KPLU) - There's just about a month and a half to go till Sound Transit's Link light rail train opens for business. Trains have been running along the entire route, working out the bugs in the traffic and communication systems. Today, a train load of officials and journalists rode along on a test cruise.
