Former Congressman Joe Schwarz urges voters to loosen restrictions on embryonic stem cell research

(UNDATED) (wmuk) - Former Congressman and state Senator Joe Schwarz of Battle Creek is the chairman of the Cure Michigan campaign. The group is urging voters to approve an amendment to the state Constitution, which would loosen restrictions on embryonic stem cell research.
