Considered by many to be Shakespeare's most powerful and influential tragedies, HAMLET tells the story of The Prince of Denmark as he seeks vengeance for his father's murder.

The tale, accompanying him on his journey of self-actualization, vividly portrays overwhelming grief and rage while exploring themes of danger, revenge and moral corruption. HAMLET, believed by many to be the best of Shakespeare's work, is still among his most-performed pieces. Ian Belknap, having previously directed The Acting Company's The Comedy of Errors and John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men, now brings this masterpiece to life on The Whiting stage.
