Living alone can cause individuals to take on new roles and challenges in life, many of which are unexpected. Throughout the next few months, Arbor Hospice will be holding a variety of workshops at its Ann Arbor location to address these challenges. All Arbor Hospice grief support programs are free of charge and open to the community.

Traveling Alone will help newly-single individuals with the challenges associated with traveling alone. The workshop will discuss trip planning, how to find the most appropriate excursion, traveling with or without a companion, safety concerns as well as additional traveling advice.
