Meanwhile the Supreme Court was hearing arguments on SB 1070 to determine whether provisions blocked by Federal Judge Susan Bolton would remain standing. Critics of the bill say it legalizes racial profiling. The bill's proponents say that Arizona's law helps support federal law.
