People from many faith traditions share a meal and their stories regularly in Tucson.by Amanda ShaugerCommunity Conversations, now in its 4th, year brings people together to share a vegetarian meal and listen to insights from a variety of faith traditions. Since much of the conflict in the world invokes religion as a justification for violence, Community Conversations provide an opportunity to invoke a sense of community, responsibility and healing for participants of peace.
The theme for October's presentation was "Freedom Stories: Understanding the Past Inspires Hope for the Future. 30 Minutes featured Civil Rights Veteran and Freedom Rider James Zwerg and Baha'i Ruby Jamshadhi.
