30 Minutes- Father Roy Bourgeois Father Roy Bourgeois addresses the topic of women's ordination in a talk entitled "Break the Silence: Shatter the Stained Glass Ceiling." by Amanda Shauger Roy Bourgeois is a Vietnam vet, a purple heart recipient, a Roman Catholic priest of the Mary Knoll Missionary Order and a tireless activist. He worked with Bolivia's poor following his ordination. He became an outspoken critic of the US government funded combat training of Latin American militaries at the School of the Americas(SOA). He is the founder of SOA Watch. He has spent four years in prison for nonviolent protests.
