Sounds from the 6th Annual Migrant Trail: We Walk For Life 50 walkers participated in the 6th Annual Migrant Trail: We Walk for Life from May 25-31. The 7 day, 75 mile trek from Sasabe, Sonora, Mexico to Tucson, Arizona focused attention on the thousands of migrant deaths that have occurred on the US- Mexico Border since the 1990s when border enforcement policies shifted migrant corridors to increasingly remote locations.

Amanda Shauger spent the first day with the walkers and caught a ride with the Humane Borders water truck each day to check on their progress.
