Sporobolus wrightii or Giant Sacaton is a bunch grass that you can find growing in the flood plains of the southwest. Many of these grasses together can fill a large area and they create a wonderful maze to wander through. In the summer when rattlesnakes are about, you may want to wander the maze with some caution, but hey they like sacaton too.
Giant Sacaton is available in nurseries, so you can plant some into your own habitat. That's very cool.
