Walkers in the 7th Annual Migrant Trail ended their 7 day, 75 mile trek in Kennedy Park, Tucson. 30 Minutes features remarks made at the conclusion of the 7th Annual Migrant Trail: We Walk for Life. 55 people began the 7 day, 75 mile trek from Sasabe, Sonora, Mexico on Monday May 31 and arrived in Kennedy Park, Tucson, Arizona on Sunday, June 6. They walked to bear witness and to call attention to the human rights crisis that they say is occurring in the Arizona desert.

Speakers include: Jodi Read; Mel Rodis; Kat Rodriguez of Derechos Humanos; Tom Cowell of Coloradans for Immigrant Rights and the American Friends Service Committee, Denver; Franciscan Friar Brother David Buer; Jenny Dale of the 8th Day Center for Justice; Christi Brookes; Saolo Padilla from the Mennonite Central Committee; Rhode Island Pastor Federico Carmona; Mohyeddin Abdulaziz; and Father Bob Carney. The press conference closes with Terry Rillos playing the bagpipes followed local musician Pablo Peregrina.
