On February 4th, Arpaio had publicly paraded 220 undocumented immigrant inmates in shackles from the Durango jail to a segregated tent city. Outrage over this and a history of other actions such as alleged racial profiling led to this historic protest. KXCI reporter Craig McComb was filed this report.
