30 Minutes- Cesar E. Chavez Labor Bridge Dedication 30 Minutes features speakers from the dedication ceremony for the Cesar E. Chavez Labor Bridge Dedication. by Amanda Shauger On Friday April 4th, exactly forty years after the assassination of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., city of Tucson and South Tucson elected officials, students, the Tucson-Pima Arts Commission, transportation officials, artists and others were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony and dedication of a new public art project- the Cesar E. Chavez Labor Bridge on 6th Avenue and I-10.

Featured speakers include Ward 5 Councilman Steve Leal, co-founder of the UFW Dolores Huerta, Raul Grijalva's district aid Ruben Reyes, Cesar Chavez's brother Richard Chavez and Pima County Supervisor Richard Elias.
