Architect saves rare Modern home in Ladue

Aside from the Gateway Arch, St. Louisans never really embraced the modern architecture of the mid 20th century.

However, there is one home in Ladue, built in 1952, that's a spot-on example of midcentury Modernism.
A local architect saved it from the bulldozers and is in the process of restoring it.
