Civil-Military Operations Centers are where Iraqis seek compensation from damage caused by coalition forces. It can be anything from the loss of a few sheep, or as in this woman's case, a husband.

The Iraq War is no exception. The U.S. military calls this "collateral damage".
U.S. Army Civil Affairs is charged with reconciling these cases of accidental damage and death by establishing Civil-Military Operations Centers, called C-MOCs.
KWMU's Adam Allington is traveling in Iraq and visited a C-MOC in Al Anbar Province.
