ATM company robbed, suspects take armored vehicle
(St. Louis Public Radio) - Authorities in St. Louis are on the hunt for four men suspected of raiding an ATM company's vault in a pre-dawn robbery, then hauling the cash away in one of the business' armored vehicles.

Police say the armed suspects overpowered two of the employees of ATM Solutions when they showed up for work Monday and forced them to open the vault.

Police say the robbers, all dressed in black, restrained the workers with duct tape before fleeing with the cash. There were no injuries.

Police say the company's 2008 Ford Econoline van modified to be used as an armored car was found abandoned about 90 minutes later a short distance away.

Some media outlets reported the suspects made off with $4 million and $5 million, though police declined to specify publicly how much was taken.
