We'll talk with Andre Royo, who plays the drug-addicted informant, Bubbles on HBO's "The Wire." We'll ask him about winning the world's first ever "Street Oscar."The Wire is probably the only show on television that's regularly compared to the work of Charles Dickens. It's the HBO series about all the different facets of Baltimore, Maryland: law enforcement, the drug trade, city politics, education, and now, in its final season: the news media. The actor Andre Royo was meant to appear in only seven episodes of the show, as the junkie informant Bubbles. But his performance was so great they brought him back for all five seasons.
