STARS, The Special Troopers Adaptive Riding School, will host the 4th annual Winter Meltdown fundraiser. The theme is: 'Irish Night - Bring Your Luckiest Irish Garb!', and activities will include silent and live auctions, dinner and a cocktail hour.
