Republican Dewey Bartlett Jr. and Democrat Tom Adelson have won their party's nominations as Tulsa mayor.The two will face independents Mark Perkins and Lawrence Kirkpatrick in the Nov. 10 election to succeed Mayor Kathy Taylor.
Taylor did not run for re-election.
Bartlett defeated 10 other GOP candidates in Tuesday's election and advanced with 54 percent of the vote. Adelson won with 94 percent of the vote over four other candidates.
