Information about eyes and proper daily eye care will be the subject of the program from 10:20-11 a.m. It will be presented by Nicholas E. Neubaum, M.D., from Colorado West Ophthalmology Associates. That will be followed by another break from 11:05-11:30 a.m., so participants can again visit with the many local vendors.
"Exercises to Keep you Going and Living the Good Life" will be the topic of the program from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon, presented by Jim Robertson with Delta Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation.
A free lunch for seniors will be served from 12-1:30 p.m., donated by VOA Senior CommUnity Meals and the DCSRC. Presentation of door prizes will also take place, followed by a final chance to visit with more of the local vendors and services highlighted in the room.
