On Monday 9/09, students will visit 2 local organic farms learning about the rewards and challenges of high altitude farming while gathering foods for the next day's feast. On Tues, 9/10, the class will spend the day learning by preparing and cooking the previously harvested foods with Chef Bud at the Telluride Conference Center.
