Denver Seed Bank
(2012-10-16)
(kuvo) - It's no Svalbard, Norway (site of the global seed vault), but local food activist Beverly Grant (Mo Betta Green) and the Denver Botanic Gardens are working on an heirloom seed bank for Denver, to ensure the future of Colorado's native foods.

In this interview with "First Take," Mo Betta also reminds us the last Five Points Farmers Market is this Saturday, October 20th at 25th and Welton Streets in Denver.

The Mo Betta Green Facebook page is http://www.facebook.com/mobetta.green.
