KUVO's new morning show "First Take with Lando and Chavis" is focused on three things: Community, Culture and Jazz. So when we heard what they were up to down the street in the Old San Rafael Neighborhood, it piqued our interest. Things got out of hand when they started planning their first big block party. Now they've got a music stage, food trucks, speakers, kids activities... whew! And four blocks are involved, around 24th and Emerson.
