(kuvo) - What should America do about its general decline in literacy? While educators are alarmed, journalist/writer Jeff Rubin founded National Punctuation Day ten years ago to drive home his conviction that punctuation marks matter!

"Civilization is at stake it's very distressing to see this degradation of skills," Rubin said.
