Join Humanities Washington for its first Think & Drink of 2013: An Even Greener Washington: The Future of Marijuana Post-I-502. The discussion will explore the future of marijuana policy and attitudes about the drug following the passage of I-502, a recently approved initiative that legalized recreational marijuana use in Washington state.

The conversation will be led by experts with experience in local marijuana policy: Alison Holcomb, attorney, author of I-502 and Campaign Director for New Approach Washington, and Sgt. Sean Whitcomb, the Public Affairs Director for the Seattle Police Department. The event will be moderated by Ross Reynolds, the host of KUOW’s The Conversation.

Humanities Washington’s Think & Drink program brings hosted conversations on provocative topics and new ideas to pubs and tasting rooms around the state.
