Nevada Real Estate Markets and Virginia City Archaeology
(2008-07-17)
(KUNR) - Home prices in Nevada have declined nearly 30 percent from last year, and many wonder when and where the market will bottom out. In Reno, the Parade of Homes has been cancelled, and real estate agents are conducting tours of foreclosures. Just ahead on this edition of Nevada Newsline, host Brian Bahouth takes your calls for a conversation about Nevada's real estate markets. Our guests are president of the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors Wayne Capurro, Project Manager at the UNR Center for Regional Studies Brian Bonnenfant and president elect of the Elko Association of Realtors Bobbi Montrose. Also this hour State Historic Preservation Officer Ron James tells us about the latest archeological dig in Virginia City. Enjoy the show. © Copyright 2009, KUNR
