Wild Horses and Honey Bees
RENO, NV
(KUNR) -
On this edition of Nevada Newsline, host Brian Bahouth takes your calls for a conversation about the wild horse crisis in Nevada and the West. Federal officials say they lack the resources to care for more than 30,000 captive horses and that euthanization is an option. Our guests are Susie Stokke, Wild Horse and Burro lead for the Bureau of Land Management. We'll also hear from veteran wild horse activist Dawn Lappin. Also this hour, we learn about the region's bee populations, and what bees mean for our food supply and environment. We'll talk with long time Nevada bee keeper TJ Muncey. Enjoy the show.
