Dr. Barry Hughes, the director of the Pardee Center for Internation Futures at the University of Denver. Hughes will use his International Futures modeling system to show how the fossil fuel boom will likely increase consumption, increase CO2 production, increase global temperatures, and have a negligible effect on the economy.
