Democratic strategists say Barack Obama will need Latino votes if he wants to win in western such as Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. But some Latino voters in these areas remain loyal to former candidate Hillary Clinton - and they say it will take a fair amount of convincing, to move them over to the Obama camp.
