Denver Court to Rule on Validity of DNC Protest Plans
DENVER, CO

A high profile challenge to the city of Denver and the US Secret Service's plans to regulate protests at the Democratic National Convention is underway in federal district court. The case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union lies at the heart of a dispute over whether protesters will be within sight and sound of delegates entering the convention. KUNC's Kirk Siegler reports.
