Tracking food from farm to fork
(2008-07-25)
(KUNC) - Since April, nearly 1,300 people throughout North America have been made sick by Salmonella saint-paul. King Soopers and City Market grocery stores have removed all jalapeno peppers from their stores as a precaution, after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said this week the peppers may be the source of the outbreak. KUNC's Danielle Jacobs reports on why it's taken so long to pinpoint the possible source -- and why the jalapeno may not be the last stop in the process. © Copyright 2009, KUNC
