Governor Ritter formally presented his plan to cut 1 billion dollars from the state budget to lawmakers on Tuesday. Members of the joint budget committee asked few questions, but wondered whether all the proposals would be feasible. KUNC's state capitol reporter Bente Birkeland has more from Denver.
