Humans 'cause global warning'

Global warming is here, it's bad, and it's man-made, says a recent report put out by President Bush's Environmental Protection Administration. The findings contradict the president's long-held views on the issue, but as The World's Matthew Bell reports, that doesn't mean he's changing his tune on greenhouse gas emissions.
