The battle over the Republican nomination for the US Senate has gotten increasingly bitter in recent weeks, as Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck and former Lieutenant Governor Jane Norton each try to woo the conservative base of the party. This was clear at a debate Monday at the studios of our media partners Colorado Public Television. KUNC's Kirk Siegler has this recap.
