Westword food writer Jason Sheehan just came out with a new memoir. It's called Cooking Dirty: A story of Life, Sex, Love and Death in the Kitchen. It's about his rise from line cook working in mostly second-rate restaurants to chef, and food writer. Sheehan won a James Beard Award in 2003.
