A federal judge has sided with the City of Denver and the U.S. Secret Service following a months-long legal dispute over the government's plans to regulate protests during the Democratic National Convention. U.S. District Court Judge Marcia Kreiger yesterday threw out a case brought by the American Civil Liberties Union and other protest groups.
