KUMD - 3/4 Change in the law needed for St. Louis County autopsy protocols
Tadd Johnson is an attorney and a professor of American Indian Studies at UMD. He was also involved in two recent controversies where the St. Louis County medical examiner's insistence on autopsies conflicted with the families' Midewin beliefs. He says state law needs to be refined to include religious beliefs.
