Chris interviews Cheryl Reitan of UMD and President Abraham Lincoln (played respectfully by Lawrance Bernabo) about the Morrill Act of 1862 that provided for the creation of land grant universities in the United States, and the celebration today at UMD's Kirby Plaza.
