We hear from this Professor of Fine Arts at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, whose exhibition, "Scrap," was on display at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts until January 24, 2010.Kareken finished his Master of Fine Arts degree from Brooklyn College in 1986, and attended Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture in 1988. In 1993, Kareken came to Minneapolis, and he began as a Professor of Fine Arts at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
