SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (kuer) - Historian Jennifer Burns says that novelist and philosopher Ayn Rand's ideas get a lot of attention during times of ideological reformation and questioning. It makes sense then that Rand - whose views helped shape the conservative movement from its earliest days - is making a resurgence at a time of financial upheavals and a Democratic administration. Burns' biography is called "Goddess of the Market" and Thursday, she joins Doug to talk about Ayn Rand and the American Right.
