SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (kuer) - The West has long been a battleground for how we use public land - and people from all sides of the debate see their role as protecting the future. For some, it's about preserving wilderness for the next generations. For others, it's about economic development and a way of life for their children and grandchildren. KUED Channel 7 is premiering a new documentary on the wilderness debate and Wednesday, Ken Verdoia joins Doug to talk about the land and its fate.
