Confluence Touts "Slow Food"

MOAB, UT (kuer) - Everyone talks about food and some people write about it, too. Last weekend, the second annual Confluence Literary Festival in Moab hosted authors who have been trying to explain the "slow food" movement and alternatives to the corporate food chain. Jon Kovash reports from Moab.
