Lawmakers Examine Land Use, E-Waste and DNA Collection

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (kuer) - At the State Capitol Monday, lawmakers advanced an e-waste recycling bill and a bill that would pull DNA samples from those arrested for felonies, with the hopes of catching more sex offenders.
