Austin is known as a progressive city when it comes to things like energy usage and green building - even for its non-profit medical services. Some women say that progressive attitude should extend to allowing midwives to practice at city hospitals. Right now, they're not allowed, and women can only use midwives during home births. As KUT's Steven Cuevas reports, this week, women will be marching to the state Capital to demand that those rules change.
